Orders received after 2pm MST will be shipped the following business day (Monday-Friday). We ship by UPS, rates are listed below. Currently we only accept online orders placed from within the US, and shipped within the US. To see if we can ship a package internationally, please call 1-303-394-1060.
A professional bra fitting is the ideal way to find which bras fit you best. Due to the range of bra manufacturers; style of bras and sizes, not every bra fits exactly the same way. To help ensure a positive online shopping experience, we only offer our most popular styles online. Our other bras are available in store only to ensure a proper fit. If you have shopped with us before but are unsure of your size, please call us at 1-303-394-1060 and we can look up your purchase history. If you have not shopped at SOL before you are welcome to call us and we will do our best to provide a fitting over the phone.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to have every transaction result in an easy and successful shopping experience. We love taking care of our customers and will work with any customer on fair and reasonable returns. Please note that freight is non-refundable, unless you were shipped the wrong merchandise. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

Please include a copy of your receipt in the package. For your protection, we recommend that you use US Parcel Post, Airborne Express, Federal Express, or UPS and insure for the full value of the item. Within a week of receiving your package, we will credit your original purchase method, minus the shipping charges. If you are returning an incorrectly shipped or defective item, call our Customer Service department at 1-303-394-1060 for a UPS Call Tag pick up.
