In order to receive packages before December 25th please review shipping cut-off dates.

USPS Ground: December 15th

UPS 2nd Day: December 22nd

UPS Next Day: December 23rd

Below is a chart showing our cost for shipping within the US.

Orders received after 2pm MST will be shipped the following business day - Monday-Saturday. We ship by USPS.  Currently we only accept online orders placed from within the US, and shipped within the US. To see if we can ship a package internationally, please call 1-303-394-1060.

COVID UPDATE: Because of Covid-19 shipping via USPS has been taking around 1 week for delivery within Colorado, and longer out of state.  Thank you for your patience!

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to have every transaction result in an easy and successful shopping experience. We love taking care of our customers and will work with any customer on fair and reasonable returns. Please note SOL cannot provide return shipping labels at this time.  Freight is non-refundable, unless you were shipped the wrong merchandise. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

Returning an In-Store Purchase Your in-store purchase can be returned in-store or shipped.  Please include your receipt if you have it.	Returning an Online Purchase Your in-store purchase can be returned in-store or shipped.  Order numbers can be found here.
